General terms and conditions

Cancellation
We accept  cancellation of the reservation following  different conditions :
In a delay  between 30 days to 60 days, the landlord shall return 50% of the advance payment made by the Tenant within thirty days.
In a delay  less than 30 days, the landlord shall retain the whole of the advance payment made by the Tenant (except if this cancellation done by the tenant is due to a case of an emergency which is justified)

 
At your arrival, Béatrice et Pierre-François will welcome you and fill you in on the formalities of the short term rental

Lease agreement
A Lease agreement for a short term rental will be written in 2 copies.


The payment of the balance is to be paid on the day of arrival.
Three ways of payment are available
by bank cheque established in Euros
by cash (with the exact change)

     
The security deposit is  300 Euros
Two ways of deposit
by bank cheque established in Euros
by cash (with the exact change)


Arrival Inventory
We will fill in an arrival inventory which we will read before your departure.
If there is no damage, your deposit will be given back.
Otherwise, in the case of damage,
The deposit will be kept
The restitution will be calculated to replace all broken object.
