The tourist tax is not included : it amounts to 1,10 Euros per day and per person.
All the charges (water, gas, electricity) are included.
During important trade fairs and the festival of lights, an extra charge of 30% is added.

Confirmation
The reservation will be effective upon reception of a deposit : 25% of the total amount.
At the time of the reservation payment, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation
This confirmation includes:
- The receipt for your deposit
- A summary of your rental (dates and times of arrival and departure)
- Directions to get to the charming gite.
Generals terms to pay the balance of the rent and also in the event of a cancellation
